Hotellet er 11 etager højt og består af fire sammenhængende bygningskroppe, der forbindes via en indre gårdhave.
Facaderne består af store glaspartier, som veksler med poleret og krydshugget granit. Hele facaden er specialdesignet, og alle facadeelementer er præfabrikerede og monteres uden for etageadskillelserne. Den nordlige facade har en samlet hældning på 1,6 meter fra etage 4 til 11. Vi har desuden udført indvendige arbejder såsom glastrappe, glasrækværk og elevatorskakt.
En af de største udfordringer var at projektere facaderne, så granitten og glasfladerne fik samme dybdeplacering – og samtidig bevare en god isoleringsværdi.
